One Hundred Push Ups - Initial Test

I took the initial test for "The Hundred Push Ups Training Program" this morning. I was able to complete 9 full toe push ups (with good form, of course). Honestly, I am okay with that number. This program is all about improvement, and I am excited to see what I will be able to accomplish!

Day 1 of Week 1 is Monday, July 21.
