One Hundred Push Ups - Week 1, Day 1

I completed Week 1, Day 1 of the "The Hundred Push Ups Training Program" this morning. That means I did 7, then 7, then 5, then 4 push ups, and then maxed out at 9 more. That is a total of 32 push ups!

My arms feel like jelly now, making it strangely difficult to type this post. I feel quite accomplished already this Monday morning!
