I just completed Week 1, Day 2 of "The Hundred Push Ups Training Program." I completed 9, then 8, then 6, then 5 push ups, and then maxed out at 10. That is a total of 38 push ups. My muscles are still sore from Monday, but I do feel a little stronger today. On Monday, my arms were nearly useless afterwards. They do not feel nearly as jelly-like today.
Tomorrow is another recovery day and then I move on to Week 1, Day 3 on Friday!
