I completed Week 2, Day 1 of "The Hundred Push Ups Training Program" this morning. I did 9, then 8, then 6, then 4 push ups, then maxed out at 16! That is a total of 43 push ups, which interestingly, is the same number I did on Friday.
This morning's workout was much easier for me than Friday's. The number of reps per set were slightly fewer, but my max was four reps higher than I have been able to complete to date. I love this sort of progress!
