I completed Week 2, Day 2 of "The Hundred Push Ups Training Program" this morning. I did 11, then 9, then 7, then 7 push ups, then maxed out at 18. That is a total of 52 push ups!
I am thrilled to be able to do 18 consecutive push ups, especially after doing the first four sets. That is double the number I was able to complete in the initial test, and I have not even completed week two yet. So far, I really like this program.
