I completed Week 2 of "The Hundred Push Ups Training Program" this morning. I did 10, then 10, then 8, then 8 push ups, then maxed out at 19. That is a total of 55 push ups!
This morning's sets were hard, but I am feeling a little tired in general. I just barely squeaked out that 19th push up on the last set, but I really wanted to do at least one more than I did on Wednesday. I am very curious to see how many I will be able to do during tomorrow's exhaustion test.
