One Hundred Push Ups - Week 3, Day 1
I attempted Week 3, Day 1 of "The Hundred Push Ups Training Program" this morning. I did 20 of 20, then 15 of 15, then 15 of 15, then 10 of 13 push ups, then maxed out at 8 (when I was supposed to do at least 20). I pushed myself as far as I could go, and completed 68 total push ups. That is 13 more than I did on Friday, but not as many as the program assigns. My arms are practically useless now. I am going to keep attempting the week 3 assignments this week, but will repeat it next week (and until I can complete it).
