One Hundred Push Ups - Week 3, Day 2

I completed Week 3, Day 2 of "The Hundred Push Ups Training Program" this morning!! I did 22, then 17, then 17, then 15 push ups, then maxed out at 20. That is 91 flippin' push ups! I am feeling quite accomplished this morning (although, unable to lift this glass of water).

How many push ups can you do?


  1. Once awhile I do some .... last time think it was maybe 25ish. Ok, now don't laugh ....

  2. Man... I'm not going to mess with you anymore ;) CONGRATS!

    I swear... after my race I will start this again... but I am in complete awe of you right now :)
