I completed Week 4, Day 1 of "The Hundred Push Ups Training Program" this morning. I did 22, then 16, then 16, then 14 push ups, then maxed out at 22. That is a total of 90 push ups. I found it interesting that fewer push ups were assigned for today than last Friday, but more than last Monday. I was grateful for that this morning! It is interesting how different my push ups feel now. I can really power through the first set. I like it.
