One Hundred Push Ups - Week 4, Day 2

I completed Week 4, Day 2 of "The Hundred Push Ups Training Program" this afternoon. I did 22, then 17, then 17, then 15 push ups, then maxed out at 21. That is a total of 92 push ups! These sets were really hard for me this afternoon which leads me to believe that it really is best for me to exercise in the morning. Week 4, Day 3 is on Friday!

  1. I was wondering how the 100 push up program is working for you. I do about five good ones and that's on a good day! Would that be the same level you started at? I really liked your colorful summer dress, it came out really nice.
