One Hundred Push Ups - Week 5, Day 1

I completed Week 5, Day 1 of "The Hundred Push Ups Training Program" this afternoon. I did 35, then 28, then 25, then 22 push ups, then maxed out at 35. That is a total of 145 push ups! After previous workouts I have described my arms as "useless" and "jelly-like." Today, I redefined "useless" and "jelly-like." After 145 push ups, I literally could not lift my arms over my head to stretch my triceps. Instead, I took a nap. Holy moly.
