I completed Week 5 of "The Hundred Push Ups Training Program" last night. Only one more week to go! Once again, there are fewer reps in this workout, but there is only 30 seconds of rest in between. That makes it very challenging, but I can tell that my endurance is building up. Will I really be able to do 100 consecutive push ups after one more week of training?
Today, I did 16, then 16, then 14, then 14, then 12, then 12, then 10 push ups, then maxed out at 35. That is a total of 129 push ups with 30 seconds or less rest in between each set.
